Is de-installation free?
It's free when we buy or consign the equipment and its value covers the labor. If you're keeping the equipment, or it has no resale value, we quote a flat price up front.
Do you disconnect plumbing and electrical?
We shut off and cap at the valve or breaker. Anything that needs work inside walls goes to a licensed plumber or electrician, and we can coordinate that for you.
Can you remove x-ray equipment?
Yes. Florida requires radiation machines to be removed by a registered provider and the transfer reported to the state. We coordinate with a registered installer and give you the paperwork checklist.
How long does it take?
A single operatory takes about 1–2 hours. A typical 4–6 operatory office is usually done in one day.
