Does imaging equipment need to be de-installed by a technician?
Yes, panoramic and CBCT units should be de-installed by a qualified technician, and state registration rules may apply when equipment changes hands. We will walk you through it.
Do you buy sensors on their own?
Yes. Include the brand, size and whether you have the software license and interface cable.
How fast will I get an offer?
Usually within one business day of receiving photos and the model/serial info. Larger offices or imaging equipment may need a quick call.
Do you buy equipment that needs repair?
Often, yes. Many units have value as refurbishment candidates or for parts. Tell us what is wrong and we will give you an honest number, even if it is a low one.
What is the difference between a cash offer and consignment?
