Do you buy Statim autoclaves that throw error codes?
Yes. Statims and other cassette autoclaves with common faults still have parts and repair value. Tell us the error code in the form.
Do I need the original cassette or trays?
Not required, but complete units with cassettes, trays and manuals are worth more.
How fast will I get an offer?
Usually within one business day of receiving photos and the model/serial info. Larger offices or imaging equipment may need a quick call.
Do you buy equipment that needs repair?
Often, yes. Many units have value as refurbishment candidates or for parts. Tell us what is wrong and we will give you an honest number, even if it is a low one.
What is the difference between a cash offer and consignment?
A cash offer means we buy it outright and you are done. Consignment means we list and sell it for you and you keep the majority of the sale price after our commission. Consignment usually nets you more but takes longer.
Who handles removal and shipping?
We coordinate it. Small items ship with a prepaid label we send you. Larger equipment is picked up or freight-shipped; for big items, disconnects by a licensed tech may be required and we can help arrange it.
