Shipping policy

Free shipping to the lower 48 United States on every order. Shipping and freight costs are already included in our prices.

Processing time

Orders ship from Holder (Ocala area), Florida, usually within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Carriers and delivery time

• Parts and smaller equipment: USPS Ground Advantage, UPS or FedEx Ground. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment.
• Large equipment (dental chairs, vacuum pumps, cabinets): LTL freight. We contact you to schedule delivery, usually within 3–10 business days. Please inspect freight before signing.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Alaska, Hawaii and international

We currently ship to the lower 48 states only. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international orders, call or text (352) 325-3688 for a quote.

Local pickup and delivery

Local pickup in the Ocala area and local delivery or installation in Florida may be arranged – call or text us before ordering.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our return policy.
